What age or grade level do you work with? +
Fly Swift works primarily with high school athletes (grades 9–12) and college-level athletes navigating the transfer portal or NIL landscape. We also evaluate exceptionally talented middle school athletes on a case-by-case basis. Early development is the foundation of our model — the earlier we work with an athlete, the greater the long-term outcome.
How is Fly Swift different from a traditional sports agent? +
A traditional agent operates transactionally — they negotiate a contract and move on. Fly Swift is a full-development ecosystem. We work with athletes on mental performance, physical training, financial literacy, brand building, and academic planning. We don't just negotiate deals — we build the athlete who earns them.
Will Fly Swift affect my child's NCAA eligibility? +
No. Every relationship, deal, and activity we structure is vetted for full NCAA and UIL compliance. Our compliance architecture has been reviewed and cleared — protecting your athlete's eligibility at every stage. We will never jeopardize an athlete's academic or athletic standing.
What does the scholarship process look like with Fly Swift? +
We don't promise scholarships — we build the athletes who earn them. Our process focuses on maximizing your athlete's on-court performance, academic standing, and visibility through national showcases and exposure events. We have direct relationships with coaches and programs at the D1 level, and we guide families through every step of the recruiting conversation.
What sport and position specializations does Fly Swift cover? +
Our foundational pillars are women's and men's basketball, rooted in the Texas high school and collegiate markets. We also work with football athletes — our NIL negotiation track record in collegiate football exceeds $10 million. We are selectively expanding into other sports based on athlete talent and market opportunity.

Partner Questions
What does the vetting process look like? +
All partner applicants submit credentials, a LinkedIn profile or portfolio, and a statement of mission alignment through our application form. Qualified candidates are then invited to a vetting interview with one or both FSM founders. We're looking for track record, character, and genuine alignment with our athlete-first philosophy — not just impressive resumes.
How does the referral and compensation structure work? +
Compensation structures vary by partner category and engagement model. Some partners are integrated on a per-athlete retainer basis, others on project or event fees, and brand partners operate under standard NIL deal frameworks. All structures are discussed transparently during the vetting interview and formalized in a partnership agreement before any engagement begins.
How involved will I be in the athlete's development plan? +
Active involvement is the expectation. FSM partners aren't dropped in for one-off sessions — they're integrated into each athlete's personalized Flight Path. Depending on the discipline, this may include regular touchpoints, collaborative planning sessions with FSM leadership, and direct communication with athletes and their families.
What does mission alignment mean to Fly Swift? +
We operate with God First, Family Second as our foundation. This means we prioritize the athlete's long-term wellbeing — academic, financial, physical, and personal — above any single deal or opportunity. We need partners who share this perspective. A professional who chases short-term wins at the expense of an athlete's development is not a fit for our ecosystem, regardless of their credentials.
